Method
How we report.
Three rules we hold ourselves to — they are the reason this page is thin, and they are also why you can trust it.
We report events, not moods.
An entry appears when something actually affects a hosted part — not when it might.
We update it when it is over.
The same entry is amended when the issue is resolved, so the thread reads whole.
We do not publish claims we cannot check.
No blanket "everything is fine" banner, no uptime figure we cannot stand behind.

When we schedule work that affects a hosted part, we post it here in advance — and say plainly whether local use is affected.
How far ahead
At least 24 hours before the window starts: the entry goes up here, and a line goes into the changelog.
What the notice says
Three things: which hosted parts are affected, the date and time window, and whether local use is affected (normally: not affected).
How long it stays
The entry stays for 30 days after the work is done, then comes down.
Incidents
Nothing to report.
An entry is posted here when something affects the hosted parts of Tidalock, and updated again when it is resolved. If something looks broken before we have posted it, tell us.
