This policy explains how Tidalock (“we”) handles information when you use the app and this website. We aim to keep it short and plain.
2. Local-first by design
The core product runs on your machine. Your documents, ledgers and materials are indexed and answered locally. We do not upload or store your source documents.
3. What we collect
When you use the AI features, a minimal, de-identified snippet of the current passage may be sent to our AI provider to generate an answer, then discarded. We collect your email address only to create your trial account and send you the download.
4. Cookies & analytics
This website uses first-party analytics to understand anonymous usage (pages visited, feature clicks). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to us. See our DPDP notice for rights specific to India.
